We are Liberty Roasters. Ever since the idea of Liberty was introduced at the beginning of civilization it has been a paramount pursuit of humankind. There have been many nations and leaders that have tried to stand in-between their people and Liberty but because it is a fundamental pillar of the human psyche encoded in our DNA it has been impossible to conquer. Ever since Liberty was codified in the Constitution, America has become more free with each passing generation and has encouraged the rest of the western world to follow in its footsteps. Unfortunately in our time of extreme wealth and prosperity (and maybe because of it) there is more people living in slavery than ever before in history. Whether it is the oppression of minorities in forced work camps in China, child labor in sweat shops in the third world, or sex slavery literally everywhere, it permeates our world. We experience such Liberty in our daily lives here in America we would love to see it spread to every dark corner of the earth. Now we don't just want to talk about it we want to do something. So many of the "anti-slavery" non profits out there are simply information platforms designed to "raise awareness". Awareness isn't worth a hill of beans if nothing is being changed.
